Almond cookies


  • Two cups finely ground almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit.
  2. Whisk almond flour and baking powder.
  3. Use a wooden spoon to stir in the maple syrup and vanilla.
  4. Roll dough into balls and press them into a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake cookies until edges are golden brown (about 12 minutes).
  6. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for three minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
