Hummus without tahini


  • One pound dried chickpeas, cooked
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt to taste


  1. Add chickpeas and garlic with oil in a high-powered blender. Puree.
  2. Add salt to taste.
