Ingredients
- One pound dried chickpeas, cooked
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Add chickpeas and garlic with oil in a high-powered blender. Puree.
- Add salt to taste.
